Jennifer Hamilton, PhD, is Vice President of the Education and Child Development department at NORC. As a first-generation college student herself, a major emphasis in Dr. Hamilton’s work has been diversity, equity and inclusion with the goal of improving the social, academic, economic, and health outcomes of our Nation’s most vulnerable youth. Dr. Hamilton utilizes her 25+ years of expertise in education, evaluation methodology, and large-scale project management to design and conduct research that directly informs decision-making. Her focus is on developing research partnerships that engage in co-creation, building evaluative capacity, and supporting the use of findings. Dr. Hamilton is a Grant Reviewer for IES and NSF, a certified What Works Clearinghouse reviewer, and Past-President of the Eastern Evaluation Research Society. She was recently elected to a local school board in Oak Park, IL.
