CHICAGO, December 15, 2025 — NORC at the University of Chicago is pleased to announce the addition of Robert Meyer as a senior fellow in our Education & Child Development department.

At UW–Madison, and later as CEO of the nonprofit Education Analytics, Meyer pioneered advanced analytics and statistical tools to inform and improve educational systems nationwide.

“Meyer’s deep expertise in value-added growth models, human capital analytics, social-emotional learning measurement, and early warning/opportunity systems has significantly strengthened NORC’s capacity to deliver rigorous, policy-relevant insights,” said Jennifer Hamilton, senior vice president of Education & Child Development. “We are so excited to have him a part of our team.”
