Senior Research Director
Tricia is a public health researcher skilled in transforming research insights into real‑world program impact.

Tricia is a senior research director in NORC’s Health Sciences department, where she leads public health research and program implementation efforts across national initiatives. She brings nearly 20 years of experience translating data and evidence‑based practices into actionable strategies to improve health. Tricia specializes in research project management, stakeholder engagement, health communication, and the development of practical tools for state and local health systems. Her expertise allows her to guide multidisciplinary teams and ensure high‑quality program execution for federal and state clients.

Since 2024, Tricia has served as the communications, website, and translation lead for the National Institutes of Health All of Us Research Program’s Participant and Partner Services Center. She has led recruitment strategies for multiple AHRQ Safety Program initiatives—including Improving Antibiotic Use, MRSA Prevention, and Telemedicine—designing partner engagement approaches and optimizing technical assistance. During the Maryland COVID‑19 Contact Tracing effort, Tricia oversaw the training of contact tracers and coordinated communication across a large, fast‑moving public health response team. She has been part of the Community Health Toolkits for Rural America project for over a decade, developing widely used rural health toolkits focused on health promotion and disease prevention, maternal health, early childhood health, and supporting improved service delivery nationwide.

Before joining NORC, Tricia worked in health education at a county health department, where she built a strong foundation in local public health leadership, community health improvement planning, and health education. She led countywide assessments and strategic planning initiatives and directed emergency preparedness efforts. Her roles in local health promotion, early childhood health, and community‑based program coordination reflect her experience training frontline providers across diverse initiatives.
