2025 Annual PAPOR Conference
AmeriSpeak® is a proud Benefactor Sponsor of the 2025 Annual PAPOR Conference! Connect with AmeriSpeak and NORC experts to learn more about our work and our support of PAPOR.
This conference highlights two main program areas, the Short Course and the Plenary Panel Discussion. The Short Course addresses a key challenge in survey research: reaching representative samples. This has always been difficult, but today's communication landscape makes it even more complex. People now use multiple communications channels and are selective about how they engage, leading to different types of respondents depending on whether contact is made by mail, phone, or online.
Sampling frames and methods also vary in reliability and representativeness, and data collection modes can influence results.
The Plenary Panel Discussion will explore how data can drive more informed representativeness, particularly in the context of Southern California’s ongoing recovery from wildfire-related destruction and displacement. Public opinion and survey researchers play a critical role in providing data that shape policy decisions.
