Sarah Baizer

Sarah is a health policy researcher with extensive experience in health care analytics and database management.

Sarah is a senior research director who manages complex data and dissemination for health policy analyses and evaluation.

Sarah co-leads the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation's Physician-Focused Payment Model Technical Advisory Committee meetings, which is an independent federal advisory committee that makes recommendations to the Secretary of HHS on stakeholder-submitted physician-focused payment models and related topics. Sarah conducts secondary data analysis for the ACO REACH evaluation and is co-authoring a report on digital health tool utilization for the Morehouse School of Medicine's National Center for Primary Care.

Prior to NORC, Sarah led research focused on improving health outcomes of structurally vulnerable populations at the National Association of Community Health Centers and the Council for a Strong America.
