Laura is a senior research director in Health Care Programs. She has expertise in project management, qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, various evaluation approaches, and technical assistance. Laura has been with NORC since 2020 and is based in California, where her work focuses on program and campaign evaluation and social marketing research.

Laura has supported various health care, health insurance, and public opinion-focused projects. Most recently, she served as project manager on a behavioral health workforce campaign evaluation on behalf of the California Department of Health Care Access and Information, led focus group and multi-mode survey design to evaluate California Department of Aging initiatives, and conducted cognitive interviews with Covered California members to assess the efficacy of communication materials.

Prior to joining NORC, Laura designed and executed both internal and external communications strategies for federal health agencies, international nonprofits, academic institutions, and private corporations.
