Established in July 2018, the Research Technical Assistance Center (RTAC) is a global network of academic researchers, providing timely and on-demand research expertise for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to promote evidence-based policies and programs. As part of its leadership role, NORC developed the Research Translation Toolkit for USAID-funded researchers. The toolkit guides researchers on how to communicate research evidence to stakeholders and translate research findings into actionable policy solutions.
