To help better understand employment and training issues, NORC conducted the 2017 and 2019 National Education and Attainment Study (NEAS), funded by Lumina Foundation.
The NEAS supports Lumina’s GOAL 2025, which aims to increase the proportion of Americans with high-quality degrees, certificates, and other credentials to 60% by 2025.
