Session 1: Project Overview of Advancing Metrics for Sexual Harassment Prevention in STEM

Session 2: Overview and Discussion of the Preliminary Assessment and Evaluation Tool
In this two-part session, researchers will first present the preliminary assessment and evaluation tool that is part of the project’s scope, including the tool’s inputs into development, perceived strengths, and key questions. The second part will include a facilitated discussion about assets and gaps in the assessment and evaluation of anti-harassment interventions.

Mari Knuth-Bouracee

Mari joined the OHEDI team in 2022. Her role involves fostering a positive and inclusive environment within clinical services, focusing on culture, climate, and community engagement. She has been involved in leadership roles focused on campus climate, diversity, and inclusion. Previously, Mari served as the first advocate and later the director of the PATH to Care Center at UC Berkeley, which provides support and education on sexual violence prevention.
Session 3: Understanding Institutional Metrics and Initiatives
In this panel discussion, experts will share insights about developing strong anti-harassment intervention assessment practices, building evaluation capacity, and implementing findings across STEM institutions (and at institutions more broadly).
