Thank you for your interest in the National Survey of Artists! By participating, you will contribute to a better understanding of the lives and livelihoods of artists and creators in the United States. Your responses will help shape strategies and solutions for how best to support working artists.

Survey Purpose

This survey is designed to learn about the lives and livelihoods of people who may engage in artistic activities across the United States. Survey questions ask about artistic activities you may do, as well as about your work, how you support yourself, and your overall well-being.

After the survey closes, we’ll release a report highlighting findings, key learnings, and takeaways for the public. Additionally, fully anonymous survey data will be made publicly available, which will allow anyone to use it for non-commercial purposes to explore questions they are curious about.
