Associate Director of Internal Communications

Tiffany is a mission-driven communicator, staff advocate, and strategic partner.

As associate director of internal communications at NORC, Tiffany leads the organization’s approach to communicating with one of our most important audiences: our staff. She and her team collaborate with NORC departments and executive leadership to ensure staff are informed, engaged, and connected to the organization’s mission and values.

Tiffany has 15 years of experience leading communications and advocacy campaigns and brings a broad base of expertise to this more focused role at NORC. At NORC, she and her team lead internal campaigns that leverage multiple internal channels, and oversee the content and approach for SharePoint Online, corporate email, internal events, digital signage, and more. Tiffany is known for her positive energy and steadfast commitment to ensuring that internal communications are treated with the same importance and skill as NORC’s client and public-facing work.

Prior to NORC, Tiffany led strategic communications, development, and program management for a variety of nonprofit and academic organizations including the Fair Food Program, the Duke University Center for International Development, and the Institute for Policy Studies. Before pivoting to communications, Tiffany was a DC-based social worker and policy advocate focused on labor rights and human trafficking—most prominently on behalf of the National Domestic Workers Alliance.
