Tiffany Goetzinger
Tiffany is a strategic communications leader focused on how organizations engage and connect with their people
As director of internal communications at NORC, Tiffany leads the strategy and execution for engaging the organization's most critical audience: its staff. She partners with executive leadership and department heads to ensure employees are informed, connected to the mission, and empowered to do their best work—improving both clarity and connection across the organization.
Tiffany brings 15 years of communications, advocacy, and organizational leadership to this role. Before focusing on internal communications, she held leadership positions, including deputy director at the Institute for Policy Studies, and has led strategic communications and programs for organizations, including the National Domestic Workers Alliance and Duke University's Center for International Development.
Her background in policy and nonprofit management—combined with her roots as a social worker and advocate—shapes her distinctive approach to communication: leading internal communications with the same strategic rigor and stakeholder focus that NORC brings to its external work.
