Samantha Kusuma

Samantha’s work focuses on conducting surveys using Amplify AAPI, the first probability panel dedicated to scientific polling of the Asian American, Pacific Islander, and Native Hawaiian populations in the United States.

Samantha is a senior analyst in NORC’s AmeriSpeak department with more than five years of research experience. She is a project manager of AmeriSpeak-conducted surveys, specializing in conducting surveys  using the Amplify AAPI panel platform operated by NORC and created in collaboration with AARP.

Samantha has also served as a project manager on AmeriSpeak’s strategic engagements with Consumer Reports, AARP, and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In her role, Samantha has been responsible for overseeing all aspects of survey programming, sampling, data collection, data processing, and reporting for surveys based on the Amplify AAPI panel platform, AmeriSpeak, and SHRM Voice of Work Research panel. Samantha also has expertise in conducting surveys using non-probability, opt-in online samples.

Prior to joining NORC, Samantha was a senior research analyst at Ipsos.
