Kyle provides leadership for NORC’s in-person data collection efforts.
Kyle uses his 20+ years of experience to support provide support for the planning and implementation of in person data collection efforts, including recruiting, training, and management of field resources. He has developed processes and systems for monitoring field interviewer recruiting, cost, and production which are essential to the efficient management of NORC’s large-scale field studies. Kyle's expertise includes staffing, survey management, and the use of paradata as a decision-making tool. Prior to NORC, Kyle served as a Research Officer with the American Psychological Assocation.
