Kristen champions diversity, equity, and inclusion lending bold vision for transformational change.

Kristen is the director of communications and outreach in the Office of Diversity, Racial Equity & Inclusion (DREI). She partners with the Chief Diversity Officer, Executive Council, and senior leaders to implement staff engagement initiatives and communication programs in service of NORC’s DREI efforts.

As a writer, publisher, and promoter of NORC’s work, contributor to NORC's outreach efforts, and member of NORC’s original DREI Work Group, DREI Strategy Group, and DREI Strategic Framework and Action Plan, Kristen has a unique vantage point on diversity, racial equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization. Kristen represents NORC on the Evidence and Equity Collaborative, a first-of-its-kind cross-organizational body working to strengthen inclusive practices in programs and research. She is a proud HBCU graduate and advocate.
