Her work has supported literacy improvement, college readiness, and the development of networked improvement communities. She has also advanced the use of data governance processes and structures to support systemic changes informed by education research, helping jurisdictions with limited data infrastructure translate research into informed decisions.
Prior to joining NORC, Christina served as director of REL Pacific at McREL International, where she oversaw applied research, technical assistance, and dissemination efforts across the Pacific region. She has contributed to practitioner guides for the National Forum for Educational Statistics and led initiatives to strengthen professional development and program evaluation.
