Yuqing is a quantitative researcher with a decade of experience in health policy, specializing in data collection management and analysis.

Yuqing is a research scientist at NORC's Health Care Evaluation department with extensive experience in health care research and data collection management. She has contributed to numerous large-scale quantitative studies and evaluation projects over her time with NORC.

Yuqing currently serves as the Managed Fee‐for‐Service (MFFS) task lead on the Financial Alignment Initiative (FAI) Operation Support Contract for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). She oversees all ongoing monitoring and performance measurement activities for the MFFS model, including updating the core measure technical specifications, preparing and delivering annual monitoring reports, and developing performance measure benchmarking memos. She also manages the administration and analysis of the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey for beneficiaries. In addition, she leads development and redesign of Summary Reports for the Capitated model, managing the production of quarterly and annual reports submitted to CMS. 

Prior joining NORC, Yuqing served as a senior research assistant at the George Washington University (GW) Cancer Center, conducting research activities to create evaluation tools that enhanced the sustainability of patient navigation programs and improved the productivity of patient-provider interactions.
