With more than 14 years of experience, she specializes in health care data management, data governance, analytics modernization, and cross-functional team leadership. Lindzee is known for translating complex policy and business requirements into scalable data solutions that support informed decision-making. Her expertise spans Medicare policy, health care claims systems, analytics program management, responsible AI enablement, and technical workforce development. She bridges technical and non-technical perspectives, ensuring that data-driven insights are actionable, understandable, and aligned with client objectives.

Lindzee’s expertise is reflected in her leadership of large-scale health care data modernization and analytics initiatives supporting the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). She designed and led the development of enterprise-scale data repositories and custom data pipelines that integrated Medicare claims, provider, beneficiary, quality, and financial data to support value-based care models, drug pricing initiatives, and Medicare policy analysis. As a technical leader and trusted client advisor, she translated complex health care policy requirements into scalable data ecosystems that enabled more timely and actionable decision-making. Lindzee also led the transition of multiple analytics programs from legacy SAS environments to modern Python-, SQL-, and cloud-based platforms, strengthening analytic efficiency and innovation. Before joining NORC, Lindzee established a strong record of analytic and operational leadership across health care and consulting organizations. She led teams supporting the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), including program integrity initiatives that identified approximately $100 million in potential financial recovery opportunities. Earlier in her career, she identified roughly $9 million in Medicare claim improper payments through advanced analytic review and helped demonstrate substantial cost savings associated with Medicare competitive bidding programs. She also directed multidisciplinary analytics teams, developed data visualization and modeling solutions for public-sector clients, and created training programs that strengthened technical and proposal-development capabilities.

Lindzee has also contributed to the published research literature, co-authoring work on health care reimbursement methodologies and health-related behavioral outcomes.
