Krishna Iyer
Krishna serves as a senior project manager in NORC’s IT department, where she oversees complex, large-scale technology projects. Krishna coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages timelines and budgets, and ensures meticulous execution throughout the project lifecycle. Her extensive experience in project management, coupled with a deep understanding of technology and change management principles, enables her to navigate challenges effectively and deliver solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
Krishna has managed the technology aspects of several large projects at NORC, including:
- The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality’s Healthcare Cost and Utilization Project (HCUP)
- The National Cancer Institute’s Support Services contract
- The Delaware COVID Contact Tracing project
She is currently the technology program manager for the National Institutes of Health’s All of Us Participant and Partner Services Center (PPSC), which serves 900,000 research program participants and several hundred partner staff. Krishna’s leadership, communication skills, and ability to adapt to evolving project requirements are key assets in delivering results and value to clients.
Before joining NORC, Krishna held project management and technology leadership roles across various industries.
