NORC designed the Performance Management System (PMS) for the Office on Women's Health (OWH) in 2015 to restructure and enhance OWH's previous performance data system. The PMS is a Web-based application that was designed to manage, maintain, and share performance and program data for OWH, its awardees and its partners with OWH leadership and program management. Users of the system include: OWH Staff, Directors and Regional Coordinators; Awardees.
The PMS currently serves three main functions:
- Collect program, grantee, and partner level data;
- Collect Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) and Program Performance Tracking System (PPTS) data across the office; and
- Grant portfolio-specific reporting.
NORC generates custom reports and queries to respond to any congressionally-mandated requests for information. NORC hosts the application and the data at NORC's data center and adheres to all the required government security standards, including National Institute for Standards and Technology.
