NORC has been awarded a contract from the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC) to assess e-health tools and technologies. The purpose of this task order is to identify and describe consumer perspectives on consumer e-health tools, including patient decision aids. This project will focus on three communities that are successful applicants under the Beacon Community Cooperative Agreement program. The study will provide information that assists providers in meeting meaningful use objectives related to engaging patients and families in their health care and management of chronic conditions.
