Representative Projects

Annual Survey of Employer Health Benefits, 2011. NORC takes a lead role in the survey and sampling design for this grant, along with data collection, database construction, analysis, and writing of the annual report and journal article. More

Evaluation of Automated Online Dispute and Error Correction Technologies. Supported by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC), NORC is exploring ways in which these new patient engagement tools can be used to improve the quality of EHRs.  More

Evaluation of the Beacon Cooperative Agreement Program. For the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC),  NORC at the University of Chicago is designing and conducting an overarching evaluation of the Beacon Community Cooperative Agreement Program, a key program being implemented through the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH), part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). More
