• Vicki Pineau, a Senior Statistician with more than 28 years of experience in survey and sample design including many government and public interest surveys and censuses concerning vaccines and immunizations, health policy, income, labor force, poverty, program participation, and agriculture.  Ms. Pineau is a member of the American Statistical Association, and serves on the Standards Committee for the American Association of Public Opinion Research.  Her current work includes design and/or oversight of numerous sampling, weighting and survey methods aspects for the National Immunization Survey and the NIS-Teen survey of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
• David Rein, a principal Ph.D research scientist in the Public Health Research department, who specializes in health economics and outcomes research with a particular focus on cost-effectiveness simulation modeling. He holds content area expertise, and is an expert in the areas of viral hepatitis, vaccination policy, and the epidemiology of vision-threatening diseases.  He is currently the Project Director for the BEST-C Hepatitis C Prospective Screening Intervention Evaluation for the CDC’s Division of Viral Hepatitis, and is the Principal Investigator of a grant exploring the impact of population differences on visual health screening outcomes for the National Eye Institute, a member institute of the National Institutes of Health. 

The Atlanta office senior staff - Pineau and Rein - are supported by two public health team members. Kim Williams, a Survey Director in the Public Health Research department specializes in data preparation and deliveries, and currently manages data delivery activities for the CDC’s National Survey of Children’s Health. John Wittenborn is an economist and outcomes research specialist who performs operations research tasks in support of cost-effectiveness and disease burden simulations.

In addition to its new office in Atlanta, NORC has recently opened an office in Boston. Both work closely and cooperatively with NORC’s long-time offices in Chicago, on the campus of the University of Chicago, in Bethesda, MD, and Washington, DC. NORC also supports an active international operations team, and a nationwide field staff.
