NORC recognizes that collecting social science survey research data has become very challenging as potential respondents are increasingly reluctant to respond. NORC is experienced with all types of data collection protocols and options to maximize gaining our respondent’s cooperation with interviewers.
NORC has the capability and experience to apply adaptive design principles in our surveys to minimize bias potentially caused by collected sample not adequately representing the underlying populations. NORC has included quantifiable indicator metrics in many survey operations to determine where appropriate changes in the collection protocols are warranted. Changes to the collection protocols and Intervention actions are based upon analysis of the metrics and paradata where indicators indicate particular segments of the sample require further collection emphasis to minimize bias.
