Rachel Carly Feldman

Rachel Carly Feldman is a research scientist at NORC at the University of Chicago and a Sparks blog contributor. Her research focuses on the structural and human resources necessary to equitably improve schools. Her educational expertise is in individual, school, and district-level responses to policy implementation, including resource allocation and research use. In addition, Feldman developed policies to support the inclusion of students with disabilities in secondary and postsecondary education settings during her tenure as a legislative assistant in the United States Senate.
