February 21, 2008 -- NORC Senior Fellow Raymond J. Struyk was appointed today to the Board of Trustees of the Legal Policy Research Center, a think tank in Kazakhstan. 

Struyk also serves on the board of the Institute for Urban Economics in Moscow. He has written extensively on the formation of think tanks, especially in developing countries.
