Indian Trust Funds: Pulling a Number Out of a Hat?
The Washington Post featured an article on Wednesday, March 8, 2006 about the government’s efforts to determine the value of trust funds owned by native Americans. Fritz Scheuren and others in the Statistics and Methodology department have been working for several years on one such effort funded by the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
