Ronald Jurek is the Chief Information Officer responsible for all areas of Information Technology, Systems, IT Services, and Security for NORC. He has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in electrical engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He has over 23 years of in-depth technical and management experience responsible for leading national and worldwide teams in the research, design, implementation and operation of large IT technology environments. He works as a change agent focusing on operational excellence, with the ability to assemble strong successful teams and organizations.
Prior to joining NORC, Jurek held various management and technology leadership positions delivering both large and small scale technology and business transforming projects at a number of Fortune 500 companies including Sempra Energy, an energy services company headquartered in San Diego; Tribune Company, a large media and entertainment company; Morton International, a global specialty chemical and manufacturing company; and Arthur Andersen & Co., a systems and accounting firm.
