Contributes to most projects and is responsible for the statistical integrity of the work to ensure high data quality.  A related program is:

 

NORC statisticians and methodologists have pioneered innovations in all aspects of survey research, from understanding cognitive processes underlying respondents' reactions to surveys to rigorous, efficient methods for conducting surveys and advanced techniques for analyzing and interpreting survey data.

Research Topics

In addition to providing support services to virtually every NORC project, the Department develops and executes projects with particular statistical or methodological complexities. Projects of recent study include:
